Damsons .....

This year the damson tree has done itself proud and we have lots and lots of fruit ...... Unfortunately I seem to be very good at making damson soup and not so good at damson jam, perhaps if will get some practice in this year ..... Here is the first pan full off the tree.... Going yo make damson gin, damson vodka and jam ..... The next lot will be for crumble and chutney ..... If I get some more jars :-)
