Jelly roll quilt number 3

Now that number two is finished I have started on number three ..... This time it is going to be a house warming present for Traudl ..... Let's hope it doesn't take tooooooo long to finish as she moved in to her rented apartment in fleet at the beginning of July.

So far I have cut the strips of border and started to sew them together, but then ran out of white cotton   And went on holiday, so it will be a job for when I get back.

For the back of the quilt I'm going to make some squares from the piles of material that Traudl has given me ...... Just need some help from Steffi to put the patterns together .... Her fav job when I'm quilting :-)

Here is progress so far ..... All the squares laid out on the bed ..... All I need to do now is sew them back together ......

They are all sewn together now 

and I even managed a pillow out of the scraps .... Just the back to do :-)
